Sam Thomas to perform at platform 22 showcase

Curated with the goal of nurturing homegrown talent, Platform 22 places a strong emphasis on artist development, giving musicians a space to perform in a professional, high-visibility environment. It also encourages community involvement, with audience participation playing a key role in the event’s outcome.

Sam Thomas will share the stage with fellow local artists Jordan Langley and Keane Baldwin, each delivering a 30-minute set of original music. an eclectic mix of fresh sounds from three of the region's most promising voices.

Following all three performances, audience members will have the chance to vote for their favourite act by scanning a QR code and submitting their pick. The artist who receives the most votes will win a bespoke Single, EP, or Album launch event, hosted by HMV Newcastle — a valuable opportunity for any emerging artist looking to take the next step in their musical journey.
